玉米浓汤
在朋友家吃到香浓的玉米浓汤,那个馋阿,当下了解制作过程,回来DIY一下。 原料如下: 玉米两根,洋葱一个,新鲜蚝菇一包,胡萝卜一根,土豆一个,培根两片,黄油一小块,cheese一片,面粉若干 步骤如下: 1,玉米用刀子切下玉米粒,洋葱,蚝菇,胡萝卜,土豆切成小丁状,培根切成小片。 2,热锅,倒上少许橄榄油,加洋葱丁爆香,加培根翻炒一分钟闻到肉肉的香味,加黄油少许使之溶化。 3,倒入蚝菇胡萝卜土豆玉米粒,翻炒三分钟闻到玉米的香味,然后加水(根据料多少酌量加水) 4,水开,倒入搅拌好的面粉水,搅拌至开锅,使汤变成浓汤。 5,再加入cheese片一到两片,汤汁变成黄色,放入少量盐调味,撒入事先切好的小碎葱花,大功告成! 最好在意大利面吃过之后喝这个汤,下次等我try了意大利面之后再说了!
